In case the water park is under maintenance, repair, or is not operating, you will still take the cable car and continue the journey. The tour price remains unchanged. Children's pricing policy
  • Children aged 10 and above (based on year of birth): charged at adult price.
  • Children aged 5-9 (based on year of birth) and height from 100-140cm: are charged 65% of the adult price. If the height is above 140cm, there will be an additional surcharge of 150,000 VND/child.  
  • Children under 5 years old (based on birth year) and height below 100cm: are free of charge. If the height is 100cm or above, there will be a fee of 350,000 VND/child.

  • Payment of 50% upon booking the tour.
  • The remaining amount must be settled no later than 1 day before the tour date or on the tour day.

  • Payment of 50% upon booking the tour.

Cancellation policy

Group from 01 - 05 guests:

  • Cancellation 1 day before the tour date: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation on the tour date: 100% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Group of 6 or more guests:

  • Cancellation 2 days before the tour date: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 1 day before the tour date: 50% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation on the tour date: 100% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

*** Cancellation due to weather conditions for beach tours:

  • If the Port Authority does not allow the tour to depart, VN Lotus Travel will cancel the tour and refund the guests.
  • If the Port Authority allows the tour to proceed and the guests choose to cancel, VN Lotus Travel will not provide any refund.

  • What to bring:
  • Please bring towels, eco-friendly sunscreen, a change of clothes, swimwear, good shoes (or flip-flops), and other personal necessities items.

  • What not to do:
    • Do not throw anything overboard onto the sea (the trash bin is provided on the boat).
    • Do not leave trash on the island, put trash in the recycled bin.
  • What to do when snorkeling:
    • Avoid touching, standing, holding, sitting, pulling, removing, or taking the corals.
    • Adults should always watch over their kids/children while snorkeling and swimming.
    • Wear a life jacket at all times while snorkeling. Be careful to avoid the area of the strong current.
    • Snorkeling with a partner or in groups.
    • If you are a non-swimmer – please seek guidance from your tour guide.
