FOR 1 DAY TOUR:
Children under 3 years old: free (excluding service) Children from 3 to 10 years old: 75% of the fare.
Two adults can accompany up to 2 children under 11 years old, the third child is charged 100% of the fare. In case a child is accompanied by only 1 adult, that child will be counted as an adult.
FOR 2 DAY TOUR:
Children under 3 years old: free of charge for service tickets (eating, sleeping with parents, no separate seats on cars or trains). Children from 3 years old to 6 years old are charged 50% of the tour price (with their own seat on the car, train, meals corresponding to the child’s price, sharing bed with parents and not including breakfast.
Children from 7 to 10 years old are charged 75% of the tour price.
Two adults can only accompany one child (according to the price bracket). 2nd child, tour price is applied according to age + extra bed

From the 3rd child and up is counted as an adult
VN Lotus Travel supports to pick up and see off guests at the central area of District 1, including hotels located on the following roads: Ly Tu Trong, Le Thanh Ton, Truong Dinh, Nguyen An Ninh, Phan Chu Trinh, Luu Van Lang , Le Anh Xuan, Dong Khoi, Nguyen Hue, Thi Sach, Thu Khoa Huan, Thai Van Lung, Mac Thi Buoi, Ho Huan Nghiep, Nguyen Thai Binh, Le Thi Hong Gam, Bui Thi Xuan, Suong Nguyet Anh, Nguyen Van Cu and Sign Child.
In addition to the above areas, VN Lotus Travel does not conduct pick-up and drop-off, guests will gather at VN Lotus Travel office (177 De Tham, Pham Ngu Lao, District 1, HCMC) to join and end the tour.
VN Lotus Travel will not be responsible for late arrivals.
You will make payment by one of the following methods:
Full payment at least 03 days before tour departure
Please notify before 10:00 am of the day before the tour departs in case there are any problems or changes. VN Lotus Travel does not support handling arising after the above deadline or on the date of departure.
Cancel or postpone the tour after 15:00 pm of the day before the tour departs or on the day of departure pay 100% of the tour price.
VN Lotus Travel refuses to confirm and does not perform the service in case the partner does not provide sufficient information when booking the service.
VN Lotus Travel is not responsible when the information provided by the partner is wrong and incorrect (guest name, quantity, tour program, departure date, other services: food and flight information …)
VN Lotus Travel only settles complaints and receives all feedbacks related to service quality within fifteen (15) days from the end of the service, and resolves it within three (03) days at the latest. from the time of receipt. Outside of the time limit specified above, VN Lotus Travel is not responsible for handling all complaints as well as paying the cost of reimbursement (if any) due to the notice sent by the partner
To ensure the safety of customers, VN Lotus Travel’s products only serve the following customers:
Customers have had at least 2 doses of Covid vaccine, or completed the medical isolation process issued by the Ministry of Health.
During the tour, please wear a mask and disinfect your hands with an antiseptic solution.

Currently, the price for all tour products and services of VN Lotus Travel does not include travel insurance. In the event of an unexpected incident (personal injury, property damage, death, etc.), VN Lotus Travel will base on the actual situation to provide the best possible support to customers.
VN Lotus Travel has the right to refuse to support support if the problem arises from the carelessness and willfulness of the customer. (for example: do not provide a list of food allergies but get food poisoning due to allergies, deliberately do not follow the instructions of the tour guide, do not comply with the regulations when participating in the tour, self intention to separate from the group, voluntarily participate in services not included in the program, etc.).
For customers who use alcohol, drugs, impolite, rude, deliberately sabotage, disrespect the guide or other passengers that affect the progress of the group. , VN Lotus Travel has the right to refuse to serve or not allow to continue participating in the tour.
