Group from 01 - 05 guests:

• Payment of 50% upon booking the tour.
• The remaining amount must be settled no later than 1 day before the tour date or on the tour day.

Group of 6 or more guests:

• Payment of 50% upon booking the tour.
• The remaining amount must be settled no later than 1 day before the tour date.

Group from 01 - 05 guests:

• Cancellation 1 day before the tour date: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellation on the tour date: 100% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Group of 6 or more guests:

• Cancellation 2 days before the tour date: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 1 day before the tour date: 50% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation on the tour date: 100% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

*** Cancellation due to weather conditions for beach tours:

• If the Port Authority does not allow the tour to depart, John's Tours will cancel the tour and refund the guests.
• If the Port Authority allows the tour to proceed and the guests choose to cancel, John's Tours will not provide any refund.

• What to bring:
  • Please bring towels, eco-friendly sunscreen, a change of clothes, swimwear, good shoes (or flip-flops), and other personal necessities items.
  • Those with kids/children remember to pack the necessities items.
  • *John's Tours and team members are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
• What not to do:
  • Do not throw anything overboard onto the sea (the trash bin is provided on the boat).
  • Do not leave trash on the island, put trash in the recycled bin.
• What to do when snorkeling:
  • Avoid touching, standing, holding, sitting, pulling, removing, or taking the corals.
  • Adults should always watch over their kids/children while snorkeling and swimming.
  • Wear a life jacket at all times while snorkeling. Be careful to avoid the area of the strong current.
  • Snorkeling with a partner or in groups.
  • If you are a non-swimmer – please seek guidance from your tour guide.

- Not recommended for people with impaired physical mobility and wheelchair users and those with medical conditions (asthma, seizures, heart issues, panic attacks, lung problems, ear issues, allergies, epilepsy, etc.)
